All you need to find out the exact location of a cell phone is the phone number of the device to be located. As soon as you have started the locating process, the target device receives a message from an anonymized sender. Neither the message itself nor the sender contain any reference to the sender (i.e. you). The user of the target device only has to open our smart tracking link in the text message to start the precise tracking process.

Yes. Of course it is not permitted to locate other people. With the exception of underage children, adults in care and, in some cases, employees. However, if someone has given their consent to be tracked, this can be done at any time until it is revoked.
